International Patient Service

St Adalbert’s Hospital offers healthcare services to international patients. Our International Patient Service unit specialises in arranging and coordinating care for patients from outside of Poland. We assist overseas patients and referring physicians seeking a consultation, second opinion or medical treatment in Poland. We support patients with their travel arrangements, accommodation and access to world renowned healthcare.

2. FINANCIALS

Once your visit is planned and scheduled, you will receive confirmation from the International Patient Assistant detailing your appointments and the respective estimated cost of your medical care.

The estimated cost of your medical care is prepared by our Financial Officer who will explain payment modalities, and update you about your financial account during your hospital stay.

Payment Modalities
St Adalbert’s Hospital accepts the following payment modalities:

  • All types of credit cards, including Visa and MasterCard
  • Online money transfer.  Kindly contact us at +48 663 66 66 55 for the bank details
  • Cash money

Your International Patient Assistant will be ready to provide you with more details on payment modalities upon your request. A detailed bill will be delivered at the end of your visit.

3. LANGUAGE ASSISTANCE

St Adalbert’s Hospital respects the diverse population it serves. Interpreters of your language of choice are available to help you communicate and understand your medical condition and plan of care with your physician. Kindly contact us in advance if your require language assistance or sign language.

International patients are required to meet eligibility criteria, complete an application package and follow a standard process to be considered to receive care at St Adalbert’s Hospital.
